去水腫

有朋友說去水腫最好是按摩, 但礙於上班時間, 未能經常出外按摩。有什麼可在家中做到的去水腫好方法呢?

Hi cammy,

其實普通既按摩對於去水腫唔算係好有效,反而推淋巴就有效啲(亦都痛好多!haha...)~
水腫,其實係身體既循環唔係咁好引致(尤其是下半身、腳部),如果無時間去Salon做淋巴,喺屋企可以用以下既方法幫助一下去水腫:

1. 洗澡後利用小型滾輪按摩器按摩大腿同小腿,幫助血液循環;想有效啲,可以加埋幫助排水既按摩膏一齊按摩。
2. 穿著近年流行既壓力褲,緩解腿部疲勞,預防掙脈曲張。
3. 坐得太多都會令水腫變得嚴重,所以記住坐得耐都要去行下,俾隻腳郁動下;亦都避免"撓"腳。
4. 避免食太鹹既食物。 
5. 睡前4小時避免進食同飲水。(我都知現代人好難做到呢一點...盡量食少啲、飲少啲水啦,哈~)
6. 唔好太夜瞓,多做運動,等身體循環好啲。無時間喺屋企做下伸展運動都好~
