喉式呼吸

開始轉寒了, 除了衣著和運動外, 我們還可以用呼吸來為自己保暖, 就是"喉式呼吸"
先讓大家作初步的了解這個呼吸法- 以鼻吸和呼, 想空氣是經喉嚨進入和排出, 空氣擦過聲門時要聽到輕輕的呼吸聲, 就是透過磨擦令空氣溫暖的進入肺部。
當進入身體的空氣都溫暖, 體內自然能保持在較暖的溫度, 而集中在呼吸時能使心情放鬆, 令身體在更好的狀態進入睡眠, 從而提升睡眠質素。
