紅葡萄酒是以紅葡萄的皮、果肉和果汁混合發酵的,酒色深紅或鮮紅,口味甘美,香氣芬芳。白葡萄酒則用白葡萄或紅葡萄的果汁發酵製成,色澤淡黃或金黃,酒液晶亮,口味純正爽口。以釀造方法分有:天然葡萄酒 、增度葡萄酒和起泡葡萄酒3種 。
