材料
楊桃 1個
西柚 1個
芒果 1個
沙田柚 1/2個
西米 2 1/2安士
椰汁 1細罐
鮮忌廉 5安士
砂糖 8安士
清水 42安士
滾水 適量

做法
1)西米洗淨,用適量滾水煮至透明,然後取出過冷河,瀝乾備用楊桃洗淨,去核切粒,備用
2)沙田柚去皮,起肉;將肉拆碎
3)芒果去皮去核,起肉;切成細粒
4)用水45安士煮溶砂糖,待冷卻後加入鮮忌廉及椰汁.再將西米、楊桃粒、西柚絲、沙田柚絲及芒果粒倒入,雪凍後即可享用

只須將西米放進水裏煮滾,便可熄火將d西米焗至透明,如果水溫已經降低而仲未變透明o既話,可以再加熱,再焗一次.
