材料: 雞中翼12兩蔥段1條花椒少許薑2片八角1粒醃雞材料: 紹酒1湯匙胡椒粉少許
調味: 水3/8杯老抽1湯匙李派林醬汁1 1/2湯匙甜豉油4湯匙片糖1/2片
 做法: 簡介 :1. 先把雞翼洗淨,然後抹乾。把雞翼放入醃料拌勻,約醃20分鐘;
2. 把2湯匙油入鍋燒熱,爆香薑片和蔥段,再放入雞翼,略炒及澆酒,加入八角、花椒和其他調味料;
3. 把雞翼及調味料一併用慢火炆煮至熟透,上色、入味,汁亦變得香濃,可上碟,再加上少許麻油,會更加惹味。
