我之前同幾個朋友去學做diy護膚品, 做左護膚品都幾好用. 我自己都有敏感皮膚, 其中最近做左個紫雲膏, 我自己有暗倉, 濕疹同主婦手, 用左都好了好多。你都可以去試下上堂自己做.

我本身皮膚都比較敏感，Olay active hydrating cream，沒有香料成分，加上經濟實惠，可以一試。另L'Occitane 嘅Nectar de Massage，專為敏感皮膚，含Honey, Royal Jelly, Propolis成分，洗澡後微乾搽身幾好，身體唔會痕。但任何宣稱天然成分產品，未必個個適用，先要看成分，是否與自己皮膚配合，否則買來只會浪費。另敏感皮膚嘅人，內外都要配合，減少吃辛辣刺激食物，可緩和敏感問題。
