減肥可以好簡單同好輕鬆架!!~你相信嗎???

減肥其實有好多方法 , 不過要找一個維持體重的解決方案先重要
有個朋友由細肥到大 , 有十年的減肥經驗
之前用過好多方法 , 節食 , 運動 , 食藥 , 做機
唔係減唔到就好快會反彈 , 已經去到想放棄的地步

想瘦你可以試下通淋巴按摩 有些書有教
去水腫 可以夜晚一路睇電視一路幫自己按摩下隻腳
咁樣隻腳都冇咁累!

如果你日日都要長時間行/企, 你可以o係睡覺之前做番少少抬腳運動 大約10分鐘就ok ga la, 咁樣可以幫你舒緩番對腳 亦都比較唔會變粗. .市面上亦有好多瘦身霜 可以幫助成分吸收 加速血液循環 沖涼之後搽瘦身霜 再用有"碌"果d按摩器幫隻腳按下都幾有效!
