可以增加補充小朋友這兩方面的分量。
可能有D小朋友不喜歡飲開水,你可給他果汁及湯水;
不喜歡吃蔬菜,可以用生果代替試下!

你個BB幾多歲先?? 如果係一歲以上既話,可以比佢食香蕉、木瓜、奇異果、火龍果. . . . . .呢D生果可以刺激腸胃道既蠕動GA。而高纖維既食物, EG.麥片、波菜、小白菜,蘋果就可以增加便便量,即係話佢地可以刺激大腸壁肌肉蠕動,而將便便推送出去。唔想佢成日便秘,最好養成BB定時去廁所既習慣!
