What should I wear in Hong Kong?

Hi, Im travelling to HK in a few days time, The weather in HK is so hot and sunny now, can someone tell me, does women in HK wear boots in the streets now? I don't want to be a fashion disaster to wear boots and have poeple staring at me strangely.. :) If you have any suggestion on what I should wear, please hint me..thank YOU!
