有咩營養餐單適合懷孕期間食?即係點樣可以keep到bb肥但媽咪唔會過肥個d~

我唔想生完之後太肥,但如果家下大肚0個陣又唔可以話唔食0野,我驚bb冇營養…有冇d咩餐單幫到手呀?

懷孕期間攝取量夠你同bb用就ok﹗唔好食超過你同bb所要0既熱量﹗好多時d人生完bb就好肥都因為佢0也係陀仔0個陣係咁食唔停先搞成咁﹗

生bb係點都會肥ga la,不過爭在肥多定肥少姐﹗我諗你係陀bb 0個陣唔好食太多多糖同高脂0既食物﹗盡量均衡飲食﹗咁生完之後都要keep返做運動同戒口食返清淡d 都ok ga la﹗

如果你真係想要適合懷孕期間用0既營養餐單,仲要係肥bb唔肥媽媽0既…我諗你應該去搵註冊營養師,搵佢0也同你做完body check,再計返你每日需要吸收幾多kcal 0黎決定出咩類型0既餐單。當中涉及好多個人體積0既問題。我相信一般都係個別用途。你都係搵專人幫你當身訂做好似好d﹗
