懷孕時有d咩吾食得/禁忌 (中西醫角度) ?

奶奶叫我戒口,但我想知究竟大肚期間有咩係唔食得先?西醫、中醫方面有咩唔同?有咩要注意?

菸、酒應絕對避免。 

咖啡與濃茶要盡量避免。

我諗最好要均衡飲食﹗尤其係注意糖份攝取﹗

要好好控制攝取0既kcal…因為大肚婆好易有妊娠糖尿…

西醫角度好似冇咩限制,最緊要係注意食物0既種類同個攝食量姐﹗

但至於中醫角度睇…就真係好多0野唔食得la﹗好似…
飲品: 豆漿, 咖啡, 奶茶, 涼茶, 汽水
肉類: 內臟, 羊肉、叉燒 , 燒鴨 , 燒鵝
海產: 蟹, 蠔, 蝦, 龍蝦,魚生,所有甲殼類海鮮。
蔬菜: 辣椒, 白菜仔, 芥菜, 冬瓜,苦瓜, 絲瓜, 節瓜, 白蘿蔔,因瓜類屬涼性,懐孕初期不宜吃。
水果: 芒果, 荔枝, 鳳梨, 龍眼,都可以食1, 2 塊,要浸鹽水。 香蕉糖太高, 鉀太高, 嬰兒易抽筋, 西瓜,哈蜜瓜, 蜜瓜同榴槤。
五穀: 粉絲

加工食品 : 腐乳 , 鹹魚 , 鹹菜, 豆腐 ,薑醋同雪糕,因為懷孕初期不可食, 因為會令子宮收縮引起流產。

調味 : 不可太鹹或太甜,因為易引起血壓高。
