有人說坐月要食多d雞, 又有人說頭一星期不能食雞, 邊樣先正確? 點解?

不宜多吃麻油 雞;煮麻油雞時,姜及麻油用量要減少,酒也少用。宜用食物來滋補,例如山藥雞、黑糯米、魚湯、排骨湯等,蔬菜類可選絲瓜、冬瓜、蓮藕等較為降火,或吃青菜豆腐 湯,以降低火氣。腰酸的人用炒杜仲五錢煮豬腰湯即可,才不會上火。

成日都有老人家有d 咩食得,有d咩唔食得的啦,不過雞都是好多激素,少食為妙。

要根據自身體 質決定坐月子吃什麼:

1 寒性體質
特性:
面色蒼白,怕冷或四肢冰冷,口淡不 渴,大便稀軟,頻尿量多色淡,痰涎清,涕清稀,舌苔白,易感冒。
適用食物
這種體質的產婦腸胃虛寒、手腳冰 冷、氣血循環不良,應吃較為溫補的食物,如麻油雞、燒酒雞、四物湯、四物雞或十全大補湯等,原則上不能太油, 以免腹瀉。食 用溫補的食物或藥補可促進血液循環,達到氣血雙補的目的,而且筋骨較不易扭傷,腰背也較不會酸痛。

2 熱性體質
特性
面紅目赤,怕熱,四肢或手足心熱,口乾或口苦,大便乾硬或便秘,痰涕黃稠,尿量少色黃赤味臭,舌苔黃或乾,舌質紅赤,易 口破,皮膚易長痘瘡或痔瘡等症。
適用食物
不宜多吃麻油雞;煮麻油雞時,姜及 麻油用量要減少,酒也
