材料: 雞1隻,金華火腿2至3片,可加2粒瑤柱,小棠菜,菜肉雲吞。做法: 用沙鍋去煮湯底,待水大滾後放雞,金華火腿,瑤柱,煮好湯底要2至3小時。上枱前先至放小棠菜落湯煲熟,千萬不要一早便把小棠菜放落湯,否則就會太熟了。最後將雲吞用另一煲水煮熟,之後先好放進雞湯之中,加適量鹽調味便可以。
