試買加拿大急凍牛肋條來炆, 45 分鐘就又稔又香肉味(香過本地牛好多,好腍),慳番好多時間和煤氣,效果認真唔錯.不過先此明,我係用西式方法來炆, 即係用洋, 西芹,紅蘿白炒香加水來炆(牛暔先飛水),D汁撈飯超好味! 我稔如用中式炆, 如用白蘿白清湯腩都一樣好好味
用壓力煲好快會稔......但味道就差dd
