練極都結實?

本人呢半年都有舉啞呤的習慣,但練極d肌肉好似都唔結實,點解呢?

啞呤有幾重??? 姿勢如何(有否借助其他關節力)??? 食方面有冇配合???

啞呤重量係你可負擔做15~20吓x4組, 不要借助身體其他關節的搖擺力.食方面簡單黎講當然係有咁清得咁清.....

小學生..你幾多歲先??? 如果唔過16歲, 都唔太建議玩GYM......做多D帶氣運動,游水......先伸展肩膊4支, 日後再玩GYM就會靚好多好多,,,,,,

舉啞呤練二頭肌,姿勢都好緊要

建議低負荷20下 X 8次,一星期3次

如果想要大D

高負荷8下 X 8次(負荷意思係8下後做唔到第9下的重量)
