唔想肥, 但只係增磅, 即係練肌肉出黎咁就重架喇! 平時成日聽人講肥, 係因為脂肪多, 而D肉唔夠實, 但到做好運動後一排, 瘦返好多, 但係重左, 其實都係因為肌肉嘅重量, 而唔係個人肥左架!
