由細到大都跑唔快跳唔高, 打籃球好輸蝕! 平時o係屋企都用舉下啞鈴同做d 付重ge 腳部運動(但唔係勁重o個d).. 有咩分法可以o係屋企練下腳ge 爆發力? 聽人講兔仔跳o個d 好傷膝頭哥..

兔仔跳傷膝頭既原因,係因為屈曲超過90度, 因為如果超過這個度數, 全身既重心壓力會集中在雙膝,對它的磨損會好厲害, 如果要練爆發力, 我建議用原地踏梯級或使用健身單車, 調校至合適的阻力, 初開始可先做15-20分鐘, 再每一次加多5-10分鐘, 久而久之, 就會爭加腳部的爆發力/ 肌耐力.

用小啞鈴增加自己負重,然後雙腿半蹲再用力跳起,連續快速重復多次就可以發展腰同腿部既爆發力,你睇下得唔得~
