跑步,keep住跑30分鐘以上,一星期最少5日,仲要食左晚飯3個鐘後先好跑,因為做完運動你會好吸受,跑完再食嘢效果無咁好。跑完再做3組situp, 每組12下。2,3個月後就見效果!

其實做運動至少30分中先可以消脂

如果想減肚腩就一定係跑步...

做SIT UP都可以加快減肚腩

先做一個鐘帶氧運動,再分4part做situp, 每part做5分鐘,休息3分鐘,持之以恆就得架啦

減肚腩第一步應該是消脂, 多做帶氧運動,跑步,單車等等. 要有點腹肌就要做多一點SITUP~
