材料:乾荷葉 2 塊白飯 2 碗雞胸 半個冬菇 2 隻茶樹菇 半碗蝦米 1/2 碗瑤柱 2 粒雞蛋 1 隻

調味料:鹽 1/4 茶匙糖 1/2 茶匙雞粉 1 茶匙老抽 1 茶匙麻油 少許胡椒粉 少許

  1. 滾水,放入荷葉煮滾,熄火浸 10 分鐘後,取出抹乾

材料: 飯 3碗 乾荷葉 5塊 鹽水草 5條 冬菇 10隻 蝦 $10 豬肉 $10 豬肉調味: 糖半茶匙、鹽半茶匙、粟粉 半茶匙、水2茶匙、油1茶匙 飯調味: 鹽半茶匙、糖1茶匙半、老抽1茶匙、麻油半茶匙、胡椒粉少許 汁料: 生抽1茶匙、水20ml、蠔油1茶匙、麻油半茶匙、粟粉1茶匙 做法: 1.荷葉及水草用熱水浸10分鐘。抹乾,將水草及荷葉放在較深的碗內,塗油。 2.冬菇浸軟切粒,豬肉切粒,加調味,預備汁料。 3. 燒熱1湯匙油,先炒豬肉,加入蝦,炒勻,再加入冬菇粒,加汁後炒至汁濃稠,上碟備用。 4.燒鑊油加入飯,炒勻,然後加入已煮熟的材料,炒勻。 5.將炒飯放入荷葉中包好,用水草綁緊。蒸20分鐘,即可。
