練酒量首先要自己0係屋企日日飲,唔好飲太多,要可ENJOY的份量,如果唔係你飲兩日就覺得辛苦而唔飲了。過了好一段日子,先至慢慢加份量,又再適應一段時間,不要急住加份量,最重要是enjoy

食芝士到可以另自己個胃冇那麼傷,這樣加酒份量會好些

飽肚後飲會無咁容易醉,而酒量是要逐少逐少累積,訓練是每次慢慢加重所飲酒的份量,經過一段時間,酒量定會有所提升!!

喝酒前大概半個小時,喝些牛奶,最好是淡奶,可以有效保護胃部,緩解酒精的作用,再每次喝比上次多少少,逐少累積。
