作法:把大白菜切成中塊,用鹽水泡約半天,(泡軟即可)蘿蔔刨絲,蔥切段用一個大盆子把大白菜瀝乾,加入蘿蔔絲及蔥、薑泥、蒜泥及糖、辣椒粉拌勻保鮮盒裝好,放約一個晚上(出水)後,放到冰箱中,吃時取出一些即可,注意不可沾到生水。冬天時,須放約一整天,也就是等到出水後,才可放到冰箱
