首先您要了解自己腰痛的原因,是日常錯誤姿勢所導致的肌肉緊張,還是脊椎移位所導致,如不清楚可先看看醫生確定。

如因肌肉緊張所導致的腰背痛,瑜珈是一種很好的運動來幫助舒缓及改善問題。

如是因脊椎移位所導致,就最好先諮詢醫生,現狀況能否參與這項運動!
