呢個問題, 好多人都想, 不過真係好睇個人骨架, 如果想由A字膊變橫, 就一定要練大膊頭那3個肌肉組織, 做法除了一般儀器, 可以用啞鈴, 不要太重, 做3組動作, 向前提手到水平膊頭線,再垂下,重覆10次, 第2組, 2手向兩則提起, 與膊頭水平再垂下, 重覆10次, 第3組, 屈身向前,手垂直再向後拉到平back部.
