小妹身材瘦小,但就有 2個問題 1. 肚腩大(but個胸又唔係大)   2. pat pat唔夠肉/唔夠挺 有無D咩運動/其他方法可以幫小妹改善E2個問題呢?

教你消除肚腩8大要素:1)每天至少喝5杯水;2)睡覺前不喝茶或含咖啡因飲料;3)睡覺前不要吃東西;4)多吃新鮮蔬菜和水果;5)少吃脂肪含量較高的肉類,不吃油炸食品。;6)一定要吃早餐,並少吃多餐。;7)每星期健身三次;8)保持大便暢通,每日一次。要收細臀部,就要靠多做運動喇!

你想減肚腩好容易,什麽減肥方法都不可能一天就瘦幾斤,你要找對纖體公司,而且那家纖體公司又會根據你的體質使用產品。
