燒餅粉100g水150g蛋2隻椰菜3/1個煙肉4片 或其他肉類木魚碎 適量海苔碎 適量日式燒汁 適量日式蛋黃醬 適量

做法:

1.雞蛋打勻2.燒餅粉加水攪勻,再加入蛋液攪勻3.將椰菜切碎加入粉漿內4.燒熱獲洛油,加入椰菜蛋漿,煎至金黃5.然後放上2片煙肉,反轉煎至金黃,即成6.將燒汁淋上加上木魚碎,再加上蛋黃醬,再加上海苔碎即成
