洋蔥 半斤乾蔥 2両薑 2両蒜頭 1両香茅 2支生油 2杯咖哩粉 4両 咖哩粉最好去印度商店買椰汁 半礶雞精 2両鹽 2両糖 3両清水 大半公升先把薑、蒜頭、洋蔥、乾蔥切細粒
香茅一開二,用刀拍爛
燒紅鑊落油,把薑、蒜頭、乾蔥、洋蔥、香茅落鑊爆,轉慢火煮到洋蔥等等發漲,加入咖哩粉用鑊鏟慢推,推到咖哩粉成泥形狀,慢慢倒水落鑊再推,記往少少咁落水,倒少少水再推,唔好一次落晒水,咖哩粉會起粒狀,水落晒後,倒埋鹽、雞精、糖落咖哩裡,如果你喜歡重味,再加少少味精,之後推約5公鐘,再落埋椰汁,再推大約10分鐘,就攪掂咖哩汁啦
