物業轉名或加名程序均沒有太大分別。若辦理加名程序,閣下可與女朋友以長命契或分權契共同擁有,但須視乎該物業有否按揭,若有的話,須先向銀行查詢及作評估,因物業若現有按揭的話,轉名或加名都需先贖樓,轉名再按,故此,請先向銀行查詢。至於律師費方面,建議閣下向有關方面查詢。

近親轉讓(加名或減名)
不需律師行代為交收樓價款項,並代表雙方
