材料
Expresso Coffee 1 杯 ( ( 掃手指餅用 )
手指餅 20 條
Kahlua 酒 少許 ( 掃手指餅用 )
Rum 酒 少許  ( 掃手指餅用 )
Bailey 酒 少許  ( 掃手指餅用 )
Mascarpone Cheese 500g
忌廉 250g
蛋黃 3 隻
蛋白 3 隻
砂糖 50g
雲哩拿香油 少許
Rum 酒 適量
Bailey 酒 適量
Amaratto 酒 適量
Kahlua 酒 適量
無糖可可粉 適量 ( 撒面用 )

做法
1. 先煮好 Expresso Coffee 放涼, 加入 Kahlua, Bailey 及 Rum 酒, 待用
2. 蛋黃加入一半砂糖打至淡黃色, 加入各酒類及雲哩拿香油打滑待用
3. 忌廉打起放入雪柜待用
4. Mascarpone Cheese 打滑加入蛋黃
5. 蛋白加另一半砂糖打至企身, 再逐小混入 Cheese 中, 再慢慢加入已打起忌廉
6. 手指餅先掃上咖啡酒混合物, 再鋪至盛器底部, 鋪下一屠 Tiramisu, 再重覆以上動作一次.
7. 放入雪柜 4-6 小時, 吃時晒上可可粉
