Wing Fung Production Co. Ltd. one of the famous EVA manufacturer for products and materials in China who provide 4B- the best price, the best delivery, the best quality and the best service.
Wing Fung has set up its own factory in Dongguan City, China area which takes up a total area of 10,000 square meters and has well equipment such as slide cutting machine, die-cut machine, compressing machine, vacuuming machine, drilling machine, polishing machine, silkscreen printing table, pad printing machine, spray painting machine, heat transfer printing machine and heat transfer filming machine. Daily capacity can go to 100,000 pieces, delivery can be arranged from 10 days to 45 days.
Wing Fung has their own lab to apply the internal tension test, pull test, bite test, flammability test, freezing test, drop test, transit test and ageing test
Wing Fung has been working with famous brand names and international customers such as Harsbo, Mattel, Mcdonalds, Wal-mart, TRU, Target, Dollar-General, Dollar Tree, COSO, Disney, Universal, Jakks Pacific, NSI, Michael’s Store, Aqua , LEGO, etc.
Wing Fung has acquired qualifications such as ISO-9001: 2008, ICTI, GSV, FCCA, FAMA certificate, etc.
In 2011, Wing Fung suggested to gain the Disney License in China – Home category under the Wing Fai Foam Products Co. Ltd. Wing Fung will launch the ride range of Home EVA products under Disney brand- Winnie the Pooh, Toy Story, Cars II, Princess, & Mickey Mouse Club House in China Market. Not only the license products but also the Wing Fung own design “ Horses Q “ toys series can be sold to China market as Wing Fung have 3 C certificate.
