For the Bank Account Opening for the foreigners,normally all required companies should be partnership/nominee with at least one hongkonger whos holder of HK permanent ID card certainly., the following documents &

A) LeadTime: 2-month at least

~Principal cash (Refundable ): Hk$10,000-

~Directors Home address proof at their   

  place(in English)

~Passport copy (photo page)

~Entry permit

~Business Cards 

~Limited company papers- M&A / CI etc..

~No need to nominee

~Company Leaflets preferable with business 

 @hk + website

~Remarks:

No need to show up at bank signing meeting if foreigners not as Director, just a shareholder.

 

B) LeadTime: 1-month

~Principal cash (Refundable) : Hk$50,000-

~Directors Home address proof at their 

   place(in English)

~Limited company papers- M&A / CI etc..

~Correspondent : Commercial address

~Company Leaflets 

~need to have Nominee with hkese

~Remarks:

i/ No need to show up at bank signing meeting and no need to submit documents if foreigners share re under 10% ;

ii/ No need to show up at bank signing meeting, but have to submit documents if foreigners share re 25% or below ;

 

 

Handling fee: Hk$10-20K

Nominee fee: Hk$8K (for non-hkese applicant )
