In the year 2004, P.S.S.L. has approximately 1000 staff, and provides key services in the areas of: guard services; mobile patrol services; security & alarm monitoring; teleprotection; security & safety equipment and keyholding services.
P.S.S.L. is also operating a 24 hours Monitoring Centre whose establishment is sternly examined and approved by the Police Department. This Monitoring Centre has been receiving alarm signals from security systems installed all around Hong Kong around the clock for decades.
