To provide quality continuing education for professional practice, retraining and self-development which anticipates and responds to community needs and the effects of social and technological changes. Continuing and professional education programme is one of the most important channels where CityU can offer access to its human, physical and technological resources for the advancement of society. Learning Centres

Convenience is one of the key concerns of students. Therefore, SCOPE learning centres are conveniently located in popular city areas, and they are well-equipped with necessary facilities for better learning of our students.
