Beginning as a small Los Angeles law firm in 1934, Latham & Watkins has grown into a full-service international powerhouse with  more than 1,900 attorneys in 24 offices around the world. The firm has a long and rich history in tax matters, dating back to founding partner Dana Latham, former Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service.
