Customer Service Officer
KOYO WORLD (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED - Central, Sheung Wan Hong Kong Island
Requirement:
1. Acting as our service representative to handle all customer inquiries, including calls, email and online live chat.
2. Handle customers orders, queries and complaints on products and services.
3. Daily order follow-up and liaise with the private driving instructors.
4. Provide timely follow-up to ensure prompt response and resolution of customer inquiries requirements:
- First-diploma or above,
- Bachelor holders and 2yrs relevant working experience are preferred.
- Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin.
- Good telephone manner, customer service and communication skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software and contain some basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and friendly.
