Responsibilities:
- Assist manager the filing of all customer interaction record
- Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Providing data and reports to sales team
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Scheduling diaries
Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in front-line customer service and operation preferred
- Proactive, initiate, self-driven and responsible
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
