TELEPHONE ENGLISH TRAINING Specially designed to assist front-line staffs that need to communicate in English on the telephone. |
We provide suitable scripts, basic grammatical and pronunciation exercises, voice work with tape recording and practice on the correct pronunciation of frequently used English words. Throughout the program, different day-to-day office telecommunication situations will be illustrated. |

This program is written by renowned telephone hospitality expert Ms Rosalba Gustin and conducted by Ms Mazy Chow. As a native Cantonese speaker, Ms Chow will share with the participants how to use suitable English phrases on the telephone and reveal the meaning behind the scene. |
Important note: This is a telephone skills focused training and is NOT an English language class. |

The course is conducted by Mazy Chow, Chief Trainer of Telephone Skills Specialists. She is the only authorized trainer of "HELLO" Telephone Techniques Program in Hong Kong and Greater China. Her extensive experience spans in sales, marketing and telemarketing since 1985 and has involved in major projects of excelling telephone services with renowned companies, such as P&O Nedlloyd, "K" Lines, Swire Coca-Cola, Arco Chemical. Mazy adopts a training style that is practical but warm and humorous, which is particularly inspiring to her students.
