Seminar: How to Handle the Changing of Seasonal Orders – Problem Solving Implementation
Ref No: 2006/0037
As customers' requirements continue to change, manufacturers encounter the challenges of supplying an increased number of different product categories in small batches of order as well as competitive pricing, standards requirements, prompt and reply and delivery. To allow flexibility in handling such tasks, building a good production workflow is therefore critical. The FHKI has organised this seminar to review the critical issues of handling seasonal orders procedures. Through experience sharing on problems encountered by manufacturers, practical advice and insights are provided regarding improvements in operational workflow, and introduction of the recent RFID technology, allowing collection of different product information in one time. This seminar is suitable for the professionals in finance, manufacturing, quality control, IT, sales and administrative and supply management.
