Therefore, the development of clean renewable energy has become a pressing issue. The price of coal has been rising in recent years in China, which influences the development of Chinese economy, and we human beings are facing energy crisis now. The Chinese government definitely put forward a proposal in"11th Five-Year Plan for the proposal", that is “To accelerate the development of wind energy power, solar energy power, biomass energy power and other renewable energy.” In the next 15 years ,our government will invest about1500billions on the development of reproducible energy, in order to handle the problem of increasing resources and environmental stress, we will achieve sustainable development. It is the key problem to solve the energy crisis that we should develop new energy power and make better use of reproducible energy power. The new energy power market is supported by various countries and they pay much attention to. In the area of utilizing new energy, the potent ional market value reaches 100 billions Yuan.
