From 1999 onwards, Shing Cheong International Consulting Limited (SCIC) offered various services for the Chinese market and production of most different articles to the liberalized market. For all services, SCIC has an available network of qualified Asian co-workers. SCIC own representative offices in Guangzhou and Ningbo supervise ongoing productions to ensure quality control.
