1994	Enrolls in Journalism and Communications of the CUHK after discovering his true calling – even though having scored As in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics in HKCEE.
1997	Graduates from university – with grade As in Fundamentals in Public Relations, Principles of Advertising, Broadcast News, Logic, and A- in Chinese News Editing.
1997-2001	Unleashes his creativity by working as copywriter in advertising firms, which culminates in two Merit Awards of Best Single Print in HK 4As Creative Awards (2001).
2001-2005	Studies translation and soon receives a Master’s Degree in Translation and Interpretation from CityU, with grade As in Special Topics in Translation, Sociolinguistics, Cross-Cultural Studies, and B+ in Theory of Translation and Interpretation Methodology.
2005-2008	Undertakes freelance translation jobs, including promotional literature, financial and technical documents.
2009-2010	Further sharpens his skills by working as a translator in a public organization - where he is also appointed as the Chairman of the staff newsletter.
