On-site Inspection
Help to retrieve and view the approved building plans, related documents and through on-site inspection to choose premises which are suitable for operating business under the Occupation Permit, the Government lease conditions and the relevant statutory plan and the notes attached thereto.
Design and Decoration works
Help to design and prepare the layout and air-conditioning/ventilation layout plans of the proposed premises and in metric units for submission. Submission of a notification of comment cement and completion of works (Specified Form MW01 to MW05), prescribied plans and details of the works, photographs and other documents to the Buidlings Department.
