Falcon Consulting was founded in 2009. The original idea of Falcon Consulting is to provide a place for talented technology passionate to source for quality consultancy jobs with the protection of formalize project management and engagement framework. The side effect of this initiative is to provide a platform for well-being customer to source reliable IT consultancy services.

We believe IT will be the core of everything in future. However, as technology evolves but less people is getting into the industry, that breaks the balanced between technology ecology development and people readiness. The end result is customers are generally lagging behind technology trend and cannot get benefit from technology evolution.

Moreover, when technology market grows, and less talented young IT professionals are developed, eventually less capable people will be attracted into the market due to the growing market size. Those incapable IT industry participants will eventually damage general credibility of IT professionals. That make customers do not willing to ask for help, consider technology is very mysterious but believing on rumors, and even under-estimating the true value of technology.

We want to leverage Falcon Consulting to demonstrate to the industry - a well-being technology player can still survive and grow strong in the market. Ride on this we can attract more talented youth into the technology industry and becoming the solid foundations of technology growth in future world.
