We have a dedicated research team managing our data bank and assisting our associates in the head hunting process. Each set of data we collect is classified in a systematic manner and recorded in our computer network.
With the advent of establishing manufacturing and service facilities as well as the growing trend of multinationals relocating their Asian headquarters to China, coupled with Chinaˇs own demand as a result of rapid economic growth, Asian managerial talents are and will continue to be very much in demand. While their exposure in an international arena has yet to be on a par with their counterparts from abroad, the skills of PRC managers do have that extra edge because of the many obvious qualities they possess. To enhance our scope of executive search service we established our Mainland China network in January 1995 and opened our office in Shanghai in 2003. Our strategic partners are in Shenzhen, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. We have an existing large data bank and have since concluded various assignments within China.
