BridgeWay was established in 2001 as the first business brokerage company in Hong Kong that specializes in small business sales. In November 2011, Hong Kong Business Intermediary Co. Ltd was renamed to BridgeWay Business Builder and Broker Co. Ltd. to facilitate its international expansion.
