Company Introduction:
M. B. Lee & Co., Certified Public Accountants was established on 1st January, 1962 by Mr. M. B. Lee, S.B.S., M. B. E., J.P., C.P.A., F.H.K.S.A., F.C.P.A., F.C.I.S. to practise auditing, accountancy, taxation and corporate services under the Hong Kong legislation. On 1st April, 1973, Mr. Y. K. Yu, C.P.A., C.P.A. (Aust.), F.H.K.S.A., A.T.I.H.K. joined the practice.
On 1st April, 1997, the practice is converted into a corporate practice, namely, M. B. Lee & Co., Certified Public Accountants Limited. We have a staff force of 54 including 6 directors and 8 qualified members. Mr. M. B. Lee and Y. K. Yu are currently the Chairman and Managing Director respectively.
