Preparing Tender/ Contract Documents
advise on suitable forms of contract documentation and procurement methods and ensure that the project constraints and particular requirements are properly documented and communicated to the contractor to reduce any potential disputes at a later stage.
Final Accounting
measure and value authorized variations and prepare the final accounts for all packages.
