CWM aims at providing investors with comprehensive wealth management services including asset protection, financial planning, mutual fund investment, life insurance, general insurance and other financial related services.

1. Licensed corporation (Advising on Securities) with the Securities and Futures Commission
2. Member of Professional Insurance Brokers Association
3. Registered MPF corporate intermediary with Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.

Marketing Plan

The offices of CWM are located at New World Tower. In the beginning, we recruited around 40 consultants at Feb 2004. Now, we expand to around 200 consultants. CWM plans to use the following marketing support to help our consultants to grow their business:

 Telemarketing support

 Regular seminars, ranging from 10 people workshops to seminar over 300 audiences on a regular basis

 Brand building by advertising

 Banner advertising through Centaline website

 Seminar in Southern China on asset allocation to attract potential customers coming to Hong Kong

Long Term Development

As mentioned above, in the long run, by leveraging on the Centaline brand name and agency management experience, CWM aims to become one of the largest financial planning service providers in Hong Kong and potentially in Mainland China. We understand doing it right in the beginning is very important. In the first year, rather than only focus on making profit, we would also put strong emphasis on training our consultants on product knowledge and related compliance issues, building up their loyalty to the company, and strengthening the internal support to consultants. In long run, our parent company is committed to put more resources into CWM to further expand our business and make CWM one of the market leaders in the independent financial advisor industry.

Our Strength

At present, many independent financial advisors are selling same products in the market. The competition of this industry becomes more severe, particularly, with retail banks and traditional stock brokerage houses also expanding to provide insurance and financial planning services. At this stage, large players are entering the market and small players are forcing out of business. In long run, only a small number of large companies will emerge and capture a disproportionate amount of the industry‘s future growth. We believe that we will be one of the winners.
