Established in 1840, Northcroft has over 165 years experience in the construction and property industry and employs over 400 people in 14 countries.
Our global network of offices enables us to utilise the best local knowledge and expertise, giving our clients consistent support from experienced Directors and qualified staff in each office.
Northcroft has been responsible for construction projects internationally in over 80 countries, ranging in value of between US$50,000 to US$6bn, under a wide range of procurement methods.
All our services are geared to reduce risks, give greater certainty and achieve the optimum value for money for clients.
We are dedicated to the view that the foundation of any project’s success is a rigorous methodical approach to cost and project management. This demands a high level of performance and commitment that we demonstrate on all projects.
We provide independent, objective advice throughout the construction process from initial project appraisal, through pre-construction, construction, occupation and post-occupation.
