Linoleum International Ltd.. in the early days was a supplier of top quality imported building material. However, with the success of the business, the business came expansion into other areas of building material. The company not only retain to top market, but to strngthen that position, through aggressive expansion into China.
Universal Building Products Ltd. is the sole distributor for several world famous flooring materials brands, such as "LM" flooring , "Armstrong" linoleum flooring & vinyl floorcovering etc ., which are suitable both commercial and domestic use.
In addition , the company also supplies all kinds of wooden flooring , metal ceiling systems, Timber door, Access flooring system, Carpet, Kitchen Cabinet and Toilet.

It sizeable penetration into the retail market, as well as with interior designers and on some large projects.
