SC Corporate Services is a CPA firm registered in the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We possess professionals who have worked at big 4 CPA firms and some medium to large size local CPA firms as auditors, secretarial firms as company secretarial officers and private companies as accountants etc. We have intensive internal training programme to ensure that all professional staff members are kept informed of current changes in standards and regulation in relation to accounting, auditing and taxation and that our skills maintain enhancement.

SC Corporate Services行為一家於香港會計師公會註冊的會計師事務所。我們重視每一個客戶，不論其規模有多大及其對相關的範疇認識有多深。我們很樂意為客戶或閣下提供諮詢服務，於相關的範疇，協助配合業務發展及解決問題。
除一般傳統會計師行提供的服務，我們亦擁有一些特別聘約的經驗，例如收購的盡職調查、稅務策劃、上市前期審計、提出稅務離岸利潤申請、證券及期貨條例的內部監控及規範審查等。
我們擁有多名專業人士，包括曾於四大會計師行及中型至大型本地會計師行任職核數師、於秘書公司任職公司秘書及於私人公司任職會計等等。我們並會提供深入的內部培訓，以確保所有專業員工知悉會計、審計及稅務準則及條例的最新變化；及確保我們的服務及技巧不斷進步。
我們提供的服務:
審計 - 根據香港《公司條例》，有限公司需每年把已審核之財務報表於公司週年大會上呈交各股東。於呈交稅表時，稅務局亦要求附上已審核之財務報表作評稅用途。
稅務 –
- 作為稅務代表，協助客戶處理所有稅務事宜
- 呈交薪俸稅稅表
- 協助公司客戶預備利得稅計算表及呈交利得稅稅表
- 指出閣下的稅務狀況之漏洞及提供意見協助閣下合法地減低稅務責擔
- 代表閣下解答稅務局的查詢，以及處理稅務局之實地審核及稅務調查
- 提供稅務計劃服務，以合法的方案安排閣下的商業或個人事務，從而達到稅務效益
簿記 –
我們提供的服務包括：
- 按月、按季或按年編製財務報表
- 編製賬簿
- 排列單據憑證
- 對財務表現作出分折
- 預備相關的明細表
- 因應閣下需求之其他服務
成立香港及離岸公司:
- 協助客戶成立香港及離岸有限公司
- 代為申辦業務的商業登記證，包括獨資經營業務及合夥業務
